Kira St John's Wort Tablets

I suffer from SAD, which makes the winter months a real misery. I decided this year to actually do something about it but didn't really want proper drugs as I didn't think it was serious enough for that. A German friend recommended Kira St John's Wort as she has been prescribed it by her doctor in Germany for mild depression. Within a few weeks I found I had more energy and was generally feeling more like myself - it wasn't like 'happy pills' - more like I was just myself without the SAD. I will carry on taking it until the sunny weather is definitely here and definitely take it again next winter.
