Worst Online Retailer

Needed several shoes for my wedding so went on the site, placed the order. I was made aware by customer services that only six pairs per order so I made 3 orders.

The following day lacoste said they cancelled my orders. I made contact and was told its because I had more than one size. REALLY what a joke as I wasnt 100% certain of my size.

I placed one final order as a result with all one size. I note to get 10% off order 3 items and need to spend £150 to qualify for free express delivery.

2 days later lacoste send me an email stating order cancelled. Joke Joke Joke totally unacceptable Im without footwear never experiencd such poir service. I have spent hours onto customer services outside uk surprise surprise who lie as to why the order was cancelled.

I give up.

As if things couldnt get worse they took £500 from my account yet no items will be dispatched. From speaking with a store who have no connections with the website it appears my sort of problem isnt uncommon.

I just hope people find my review prior to using the site. Id suggest choosing an alternative brand as speaking to customer services they will not send the items even though payment has been authorised.

Lacoste Worst Customer Service! Online Shopping.

We made an online purchased from lacoste last November 28, 2014. We have waited for weeks but the product never came to us. So, we followed up with the seller and we were told that the product was already delivered to us. They said that the package was signed off by someone   However, we have no idea who this person was. As far as we were concerned we never received the package. The package may have been delivered to a wrong address or maybe the delivery man could have kept the package himself. Regardless, the seller should have taken responsibility for what happened to our package. Afterall, they had a contract with UPS. Anyway, they refused to give us any refund. They made us responsible for what happened and suggested that we do our own investigation. We felt that the seller was negligent, there was a breach of contract, and unfair business practice. Their products maybe high-end but their customer service is lower than hell.

Money is no longer an issue here. We are not wealthy but we make good income. It's the truth, integrity and principle that we are fighting for.

Eversince we had such a terrible experience with Lacoste we do not buy anymore of their products. As far as we are concerned, the name Lacoste is synonymous any garbage we could think of.

We hope this serves a warning to all online shoppers to think twice when buying from Lacoste.

Don't Order Lacoste Online!

Ordered December, not delivered. DHL admit they have lost it. Lacoste online have been obstructive throughout, even asked for photo ID before they would refund! (Why do they need photo ID to refund a card transaction??). Now DHL have told me Lacoste have made a claim on them - but I still haven't had a refund! Avoid this dreadful service, purchase only from a Lacoste store. (NB Lacoste online isn't actually Lacoste - they outsourced it. Only companies that don't care about customer service do that, in my experience.

Avoid At All Costs - 0 Stars If I Could

If you are wanting to buy Lacoste, do NOT buy from their website as there customer service is awful and you may not even get your purchase!

I ordered a jumper at the end of November as a Christmas present, which never arrived. By mid December they couldn't track my parcel (after me calling twice and sending 2 emails) so offered to refund me. I am still waiting for my refund 3 weeks later. I have sent emails - which have been ignored, made phone calls and nobody seems to have a clue what's happening or particularly care. The lady said the refund should have been processed 3 days ago...i received an email telling me it had been processed 3 weeks ago! looks like I am on hold listening to their god awful music for another 20 minutes tomorrow to find out what is going on. I have wasted so much time chasing MY money but I suppose they prefer it in their bank account.

I would never buy anything from this company ever again. They are an absolute disgrace. Customer service... more like customer dis-service.

Lacoste Stay Away

I ordered from lacoste online from the official site. I ordered two items they said it was express delivery witch cost me nine pound ninety five pence 1 to 2 days delivery it took five days . lie one . When my order arrived only one of the items was there the other god knows!so I rang straight away to see what had happened they told me it must of been a packing error and they were sorry and would refund me and give a voucher code for compensation .After waiting three days without receiving any info on my refund I rang again to be told a investigation was in progress and I could wait up to 20 days for my refund . lie two . was told I would receive a call or email next day to let me know didn't get one so rang again this member of staff told me that the item I ordered was out of stock when I ordered. so why the investigation why no refund why no compensation .I still haven't got my refund or anything else only a sorry on the phone . an awful company with no class no cares about customers disgraceful lacoste you should be closed down!!!!!!!

Appalling Way To Treat Customers.

I ordered 2 pairs of Lacoste trainers at £127.00, received an e-mail confirming they were on their way. When they did not arrive, I rang and was told they were at our local Hermes delivery warehouse, but Hermes had been on strike.(Don't think so!) Still no link on the tracking details. Rang again and told goods were still in Belgium. Rang again to be told goods were part of a missing batch and an e-mail would be sent that day to start refund procedure. Did not happen. What I think of Lacoste is unprintable. They have obviously lied to put us off chasing the delivery. Was there ever a parcel coming this way? There has been nothing from them. E-mails are ignored, even thought they promise a reply within 48 hours. If they cannot deliver the goods, why sell them and take your money? Legally they are responsible for getting the goods to you safely.

If I cannot get my money back quickly, I will have to try and claim from my credit card company. If you do buy from Lacoste, always use a credit card, where you have some security. Better still NEVER BUY FROM THEM. I certainly will not buy from again.

Appaling Customer Service

Purchased a product online, I wanted to return the item, after weeks of waiting nothing was resolved and management accepted responsibility for the delay and agreed they will get back to me with a resolution. This was 4 months ago and I've still not heard anything. I gave up, best to not waste time one chasing a business that does not appreciate its customers.

Worst service ever I had with shops on-line, I have returned items two months ago and still haven't received my money back... They just keep telling me what items have not been delivered to warehouse in France... Two months now.... Ridicules!!! I strongly not recommend to use shop on-line

Terrible Quality Slacks - Buttons Fell Off Immeidately After

I purchased Lacoste slacks at the offcial Lacoste store. The buttons fell off after using just a few times (4 OUT OF THE 5 BUTTONS).

Very expensive to replace.

I contacted Lacoste by email a few timers and no response.

This is the second bad Lacoste experience in past year and

and the l;ast one. i will never buy a Lacoste product again.

Lacoste used to be a great name many years ago.

Now their products are terribly overpriced and they dont care at

all about their customers. success has made them haughty

and arrogant.
