Julia Donaldson, Axel Scheffler, Room on the Broom

This is my favourite Julia Donaldson book. the Rhythm of the book suits young readers as my three year old now joins in with me. The illustrations are really good and the stories ending is not Obvious from the first page unlike alot of childrens books. It has also helped my Daughter get over her fear of witches as the witch is really nice and friendly. Wonderful book, every child should have it!

Me and my chum seriously enjoyed Julia donaldson's 'The Gruffalo'along with many other of her books which are well and truly the work of a genius. We often find ourselves sitting in Waterstones of a Saturday afternoon read and re-reading her books over and over. We even purchased 'The Gurffalo Activity Book' and had lots of fun with the stickers, and we plan in the near future to purchase some of the books themselves.

We really enjoy Julia and Axel's creations of genius. So much we impatiently await future projects form the brilliant twosome.

The Gurffalo is AMAZING as are all other books created by both author and artist alike.

Room on the Broom by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler is another great book from the authors of the Gruffalo. It's not quite as good as the Gruffalo, but it's worth the money.

Room on the Broom is a good fun book by the authors of the Gruffalo and the Monkey Puzzle - wonderful rhyming text - great illustrations - fun and memorable for little ones. My two little ones love it!
