Neil Gaiman!! Yes!

If you are looking for an edgy read or something to make you feel part of the adventure... then this is definitely for you! Living in London at the time of reading this novel, I found it interesting following all the information Neil Gaiman used. Tube stations and local street names made it feel like I was in this story myself. But don't be fooled by that! He turned London into an even darker and gloomier place than it already is! The characters are created so expressively and the scenes pull you in, so much so that the length of the book is forgotten. I struggled to read "American Gods", but this novel is an easy read with flowing chapters. I believe it was made into a tv series on BBC as well. The scary part is, when I walk over the Thames River, I wonder what on earth is really going on down there. And you will never find me in a tube station alone at night anymore! Some good humor, with a lot of serious characters too!

Very Good Book!! Neverwhere Follows The Story Of A

Very good book!! Neverwhere follows the story of a scottish man who has lived in London for a few years and considers his life to be incredibly normal, he has an okay job, a pretty girlfriend and his own flat. However, things take an unusual twist when he rescues an unusual girl who he finds injured in the street who claims to be from "London below". Things turn even stranger when after the girl leaves, no body seems to know who he is. His girlfriend, friends at work and people in the street take no notice of him and its like hes never existed!!

A very good book, not Neil Gaimans best but still very entertaining. The second half is much faster paced and generally better than the first half but still its a very good book. I would definitely recommend!!
