I wanted to tidy up behind my sink which kept getting wet every time I washed up. As I have just returned from Australia, I wanted to use a colourful splashback that are very popular over there. I found Cut Plastic Sheeting online and ordered an acrylic splashback from them because I needed a cut out over some sockets. I provided a sketch with measurements of the area, as requested, along with my order. I confirmed with customer services that everything was clear and they were very helpful. The delivery was at the scheduled time and the splashback packaged exceptionally well. I hadn't allowed enough space around the sockets so had to rub down the cut out before fitting. This wasn't an issue as I followed the detailed fitting instructions on the website. Fitting was easy. I am so happy with the results. It's really lifted the whole room. The price of the Sheet along with the cutting was the best that I found. I will be decorating the en-suite later this year and using Cut Plastic Sheeting slashbacks to cover some outdated tiles in the shower area. A brilliant product and service!

Excellent service from first phone contact for advice. I wanted two brushed aluminium rectangular plates 27cm x 15 cm to cover 14mm holes in a ceiling where recessed lights had been fitted in the past as a base for new metal fittings.

The order, which was small in value, was despatched, advised by email of expected date. They arrived well packaged with corners protected and the packet marked fragile. However one plated had been damaged in transit. One phone call and photos of the damage sent. Advised of almost immediate despatch, replacement plate arrived in two days

As mentioned in the previous review this company is a joke.

Placed order on 29th of April for a premium nominated day delivery on 5th of May but item didn't get delivered so called their customer service (You will be lucky if can get anyone on phone before multiple attempts), who had no idea about this delivery failue. Finally someone called from their office to apologise for the delay blaming their supplier as items were not even dispatched but they don't bother telling customer about it. As surely, customer will call to check for delivery and then they can share the news. Why bother respecting customer's time and anyway the motto of this company is we give a damn about customers.

Anyways, I was promised that delivery will now happen on the 8th of May via AM delivery option i.e. delivery before 12pm.I hired a handyman for this job to start after 12pm as was hoping to get the delivery before 12pm. However, when the parcel didn't arrive till 1pm, I made a call to their customer dis-service department (Name more applicable for this company's staff). This time excuse was the delivery company, who damaged one of the acrylic. More apologies and another promise to get the delivery before 12pm on 13th of May.

After wasting so much time waiting for this delivery i didn't had desire to continue with them but gave one more chance. Again, I hired handyman to start at 1pm but to my biggest shock they failed to deliver it on the third attempt. They were shut on Saturday and don't have any out of office hours number so had to wait till Monday to take my steam out and ask for the refund.

On Monday their courier showed up on my door and was politely asked to return item back.

Good luck dealing with this unprofessional and unreliable company.

Commonsense would say to provide the customer of a precise shipping date and stick to it and also to provide a tracking number. Seems a bit too much to ask of this company.

I was told I would get my delivery on or before 10th May......they didn't ship until 10th! I've a good mind to file a small claims against them for loss of earnings in having to take 2 days off work.

I certainly WILL NOT be using this company again.

Yet another company who refuse to send stuff to the north of Scotland.

Maybe my order was too small, who knows, but they refused to send the sheets to the Aberdeen postcode area. After taking time to choosing the product, entering the measurements and selecting the various options, I was rather annoyed and called to try and find a solution.

I spoke to the manager who claimed that their courier wouldn't deliver there. Strange as I received deliveries from that courier twice a week. When I called the courier I was was told that of course they deliver to my postcode even if there might be a small surcharge on some items.

This happens far too often and usually with companies who have little regard for customer service. I got the distinct feeling that the company didn't really care about me as a customer and that they certainly werent prepared to go out of their way to help me.

The keyboard tray on my computer desk was too small. It is a standard size tray but not big enough to accommodate a large keyboard, rollermouse and video editing shuttle wheel. Cut Plastic Sheeting came to the rescue with black high gloss acrylic which closely matches the glass of my desk. The web site interface facilitated my giving precise unambiguous directions for the cut. Price is realistic. Email communication was excellent with progress on preparation, shipping and delivery time.

Arrived on time - well wrapped so no damage. Cut to exact size I ordered. Excellent service

Never replied to all three emails I sent, never received item after at least 8 working days when it is meant to only take 2-3 working days.

I am going to demand for a refund. This is the WORST COMPANY EVER.

The Perspex was 3 times as expensive as the ones I wanted to get initially. However this website seemed to have good reviews and so expected a great service. BIGGEST REGRET EVER.

Purchased custom sized sheet for use in picture frame. Excellent service, easy to use website, product arrived in perfect condition on day stated and was exactly the correct size.
