Popped into the store two weeks ago, ordered and paid for two chairs, today they were delivered and I received excellent customer care. Telephoned a few days before to arrange the delivery at no extra charge. Phoned 20 minutes before the drop off, when they were delivered, we received excellent courteous assistance, and the delivery man even offered to help my husband with them upstairs, as they are for a TV room. We will certainly buy from this company again, and we are delighted with our beautiful swivel recliners in cream with footstools.
