Dissapointing table looks gorgeous but after 9mths has started to splinter and split even after using a wood preserver

Doesn't mention it is high maintenance wood on their website check before you buy this is not a smooth finished table !!!

My father has recently been looking for a pond bridge and we have had trouble finding one as he cant get around much as he is disabled we looked around on the internet for a while and he settled on Tony Ward Garden furniture. The bridge he liked was the Monet bridge however the measurements they had for sale on the website were not to our specifications. I contacted them on my fathers behalf and gave them a description of what he was looking for they came back to us within the hour with a quote that we were very happy with especially considering their prices include delivery. The bridge arrived within 7 days of ordering which we thought was marvellous considering they have to make it from scratch. The team were wonderful from start to finish we sent them a picture of the bridge in place. They were so helpful. Now all we need is some nice weather so that my father and I can go outside and enjoy it!
