ICICI Prudential Life Insurance

First of all, they have the Worst call center ever. secondly, the teller machine takes you a long route repeating everthing you ask , type or provide info to it, they need to speed it up. Disconnects at will.

Policies are waste or spam, most of them have turned red i.e negative performance.

Worst policy terms. Advisor talked all goods about market and without doing due deligence, I trusted that advisor and bought 2 policies. After a year, I found no appreciation in values, so asked what if I terminate these policies, because, it is a waste to keep money with them, I see nothing in return. Now the shocker part is, they will deduct 30% of my premium paid if I terminated policy within 3 years. I dont know what to do next and hope I get my money back... Dont know, if there is someone who cares to talk to customer.

Icici Prudentials have is a satun , they are thieves.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK AT ALL - their staff will cheat you into signing up for policies and accounts that you do not understand. They changed the contract length of my accounts after signing the form!

I even cancelled within the freelook period after noticing this on the copy of the application forms and they still refuse to return my money!

I have contacted them on countless occasions, but they are refusing to cancel or return my money. And despite asking them about the corrupt staff, they never comment on them.

A VERY FRAUDULENT COMPANY WHO YOU SHOULD NEVER TRUST.

I gave my surrender request for processing on 09-09-2010,till today 02-10-2010 I have not received the money from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.

As per IRDA regulations Clause No.10 page14," a customer request for a service should be settled within 10 days".

So I gave a petition to IRDA & Insurance Ombudsman,BUT THAT TOO IN VAIN.

What I understood is that,they are getting more time to manage the money & make profit out of them,at the same time the NAV of the surrender date is to be given to customer.THIS IS BUSINESS.
