After My Problems With "the Italian Deli" I Tried
After my problems with "the Italian Deli" I tried the Italian Cash and Carry on their recommendation (with some trepidation).
In short, I am very pleased with the service, products & prices.
The shop's communication was excellent throughout - They rang to advise the order was going to take a bit longer due to stock shortages & offered to substitute them FOC for a more expensive product - as it happened I wanted to try their own roasted coffee so was happy to wait.
When the delivery date was confirmed (a couple of days later) I has an email & phone call just to say all was OK. Delivery was on time. Goods correct were well packed and they threw in a couple of yummy freebies.
I would definitely use them again.
