Cannot recommend highly enough! All staff are very friendly. The best hairdresser in Cambridge, especially for short hair, is Lulu. I've also been styled by Zoe but we could not understand each other very well, I'm sure she is good too but as with any salon you need to find "your" stylist and she's not mine. I had to move away from Cambridge and it took a long time to "wean" me off Lulu, I kept coming back until I found a stylist in my town. Even then I would gladly go back to Lulu for a change even despite the hour's drive
