Saw this garden furniture at a local golf club and was really impressed so checked out the web site and spoke to the company. Really helpful and couldn’t have asked for better service. Quality of the table, chairs and accessories couldn’t be better. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with our garden set, good quality, well designed, cannot fault the customer service which was great, delivery was a little slow as originally told 5 days but it took 9 days which was fine as this was communicated to us. Overall a great purchase.

We contacted the company and at short notice they took the time to show us examples of the furniture in their warehouse. The product is fantastic quality. Responses were prompt and they were easy to get hold of. The courier who delivered contacted us with a 2 hour delivery slot and communicated en-route. We had a brief query about one of the bolts when we were assembling the furniture and they took the time to contact us at our convenience to help. All was well and we are very pleased with our Borneo 8 seater table, chairs, bench, parasol and rain cover.

Our new Antigua table and chairs were delivered last weekend and my wife and I are so impressed with the quality and service we got from Faraway Furniture. I spent a lot of time doing my research and I came across this company. One comment was that it was the "John Lewis of garden furniture" and oh boy it is. We did have to wait sometime for it to arrived from the Far East, but we were kept updated on a regular basis and even offer another set at a discount, when there was a further delay. We were happy to wait a few weeks more for the Antigua set.

Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and were given very good advice on how to look after it in the future. Our friends and neighbours have also commented on how solid it is and how good it looks.

Very impressed by both the delivery and service provided, we did our research and shopped around but the quality of our furniture really is fantastic.

We can behave quite spontaneously - my daughter pointed out that our 13 year old table was getting very 'worn'. Within 3 days the Bermuda table and the Mauritian chairs with a black granite Lazy Susan were in situ. They look stunning and fit in well with the kitchen which is off the patio. The furniture is perfectly made and sturdy and sets off everything perfectly. Delivery was prompt and jovial - thanks guys. It is also very good value.

Can't praise Faraway Furniture (Hertfordshire) enough. They are the John Lewis of Garden Furniture.

Its very difficult to find Genuine Grade A Teak furniture, you know you are getting the best quality from Faraway, and not a cheap inferior teak like other websites.

Good customer service, very helpful staff, and very prompt responses to my emails. Thanks to Kate, Naomi and Shai who dealt with my continuous questions!

I would 100% recommend Faraway Furniture! I am new to buying furniture and Naomi made it very easy for me when ordering my dining room chairs. She answered all questions I had promptly and in detail. Aside from the customer service being top notch the furniture is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! The quality is very high and the images on the site were a great reflection of the items. Delivery was very quick too!

I ordered the Rattan Dining Room Chairs - Greenface/Halifax. They are so solid, not creaky like some rattan chairs are! The natural colour is also very shabby chic/rustic. The actual rattan is very thick so is unlikely to split after lots of wear. They are also very comfy! I love my chairs!!!
