I got a family member to join had no photo id told not a problem then the day of transfer told me cannot do it they need photo id, lost my deal because of them and rate went down the following day please beware

Received a cold call from a very rude salesperson - did not introduce himself or the company, spoke rudely and hanged up on me at the end.

I had no experience of exchanging currency and was nervous and apprehensive after selling my apartment and needing to change Euros into Sterling

I have had good service and exchange rates from Cornhill FX, but have found the online service for their qcsprepaidcard to be unfit for purpose. The letter with my card asked me to activate it at one web address and the letter with my pin no. at another. now they do not recognise my username yet I have it printed on the page with my current balance which I eventually found online when I activated my card. I cannot recommend their prepaid card, best avoided.

I didn't know where to turn to when I was told to transfer a large amount of money to the USA. Obviously a small difference in rates can make a big difference. My realtor from the US reccomended Dominic B at Cornhill FX, and I am so glad she did. He gave me a fantastic rate, talked me through the process and within an hour the money was transferred. He communicated the whole way through the transaction and was polite and helpful. I would advise anyone needed to make a transfer to contact Cornhill and get a quote. You won't be disappointed with their service. :)

I used to use a couple of the bigger brokers and found that their rates started to deteriorate so i started searching for a new broker sna phoned around a few. I currently use Cornhill FX and have to say that their rates are consistantly strong each time and I always get to soeak to the same person who looks after my account
