Hopeless And Rude Staff
I recently visited Hitchin branch for Business Bank account inquiry. There was a lady who were serving an old couple. I was waiting since 15 minutes and then realising she is stuck somewhere I just tried to speak to her if she can send me somewhere else as this counter was not helping anyone else. She replied very rudely saying she is serving some customer and will get back to me when she is available.
This is very obvious that she is was serving and she will get back to me, I also understand and respect the fact that you are with some customer BUT if you are stuck and next customer is just trying to ask something that does not mean that you are allowed to rude with them.
I dropped the idea of banking with them and went to much better bank who respect their customer!

Used To Be Good Now Such A Shame
I was with Nat West for over 40 years however in the last 2 years they have been really bad, I have received apologies, hampers and compensation.
Then recently they close our local branch which was on a main road.
