Gairloch, The Gairloch Hotel

We went to Gairloch hotel for my partners 60th what a long time to get there 14hrs on coach from West Midlands. We had to change coaches twice. The 2nd change at Gretna Green was to a hired coach and driver VERY DISAPPOINTING INDEED no leg room uncomfortable and miserable driver. Food and hotel staff great rooms need updating asked for rooms next to each other where on different floors. Asked for a shower for disabled partner got bath it was such a disappointing birthday present when the other shearings holidays have been great. Also day trips where mainly sat on coach not much time at places. So was just uncomfortable week in Scotland.

We are just back from Gairloch Hotel. We were very well looked after and everything was A1.We have been on 6 breaks with Shearings visiting 4 different hotels. All were excellent and we will definitely be using Shearings for years to come. Keep up the good work.
