Brilliant booked as a last minute overnight break. Really impressed clean,tidy with friendly staff. A special mention for SHANA on reception who was very efficient and made us feel very welcome. I have visited this hotel before to use spa facilities as I only live 12 miles away. However for a relaxing spa break will certainly stay again.

We were on a room only basis, we were offered breakfast but thought it quite expensive. As the hotel is close to Durham centre and just a footbridge walk takes you to a choice of eateries.

stayed her for my husband and my wedding aniversary as part of a week of activities we had planned, great location, great food in the filini restauraunt. Service could be improved most of the staff look unhappy to help you but do the things you request quick enough, i would recomended the love actually suite as that is where we stayed and it was lovely. Probably not great if your scared of hieghts though!
