10 months we have had our evogue. 6 weeks later it’s in the garage for weeks .

March DPF filter went on it £2000

May 23 clutch went on it £2000

Called black horse to see if there was anything they could do! They investigated it to be told today that it is wear and tear of the vehicle.

We are not financially in a position to keep paying out so I wanted the car to go back and start a new agreement for a new car! No basically told we have to keep it and continue to make the 278 a month repayments! We are devastated and are in the verge of losing our home because of this.

We are working class people who don’t have a pot of money since coming out of the pub trade.

I think the way Black horse have treated us is disgusting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I had a problem with the car I had purchased the person who helped to sort everything out for me is the superstar.The car was returned without too much fuss & he kept me updated almost every day Thank you for all your help you were professional,friendly and helpful.

Black horse has a very good reputation and are speedy and efficent when processing applications, also their customer after care is spot-on!
