Bad Customer Service

My iPhone wouldn't turn on couldn't do anything with it , went into Apple Bromley the phone was out of warranty just . They advised the screen needed to be replaced it was going to cost £170 , I'm sorry but it was working fine before it turned its self off for no reason . I told the technician no I'm sorry I'm not paying for a new screen on this I phone as I'm changing it in a couple of months , they came back managed to get the Apple symbol back on the screen he then plugged it into the lap top and it still wouldn't work so he said I'm sorry but it must be a hardware issue . He then said to me there is nothing else I can do ., and let me go out the shop without solving my issue the manager was standing right next to the gentleman and didn't even say anything. I would not recommend Apple to anyone bad service.

Apple Bromley

Exceptional products , ipad and iphone( almost) very unexceptional people at Bromley store.

My 11 year old daughter has a dodgy ipad, just out of warranty.

( my fault for not going sooner).

She went to store with Mum and phoned me , I asked to speak with assistant, Appleoid corporate zombie very unhelpful , asked for manager, similar experience.

When I told him I was recording conversation he hung up.

No good in having clever products with stupid corporate zombies at the coal face.

Don't suppose any one gives a damn , I'm only a customer.

Have you ever tried to get in touch via Apple website....good luck !

Put me down as another unsatisfied customer.

Horrific Customer Service In One And Brilliant In Another

I visited the Northampton branch of Apple as I was passing through one evening to purchase a MacBook Pro for university. I was eligible for he student discount and had previously spoken to a man on Live Chat whom confirmed it was offered in the store. When I arrived there was one other person in the store and five colleagues. Despite standing at the till for 10 minutes whilst they had a chat and pretended I wasn't there, I received no service at all. I finally had to approach and wave my hands as well as call for help multiple times until they actually acknowledged me being there (they knew I was there) I asked for what I wanted and they pretended there was no such thing as a MacBook Pro 13 inch, they also claimed there was no such thing as student discount. I showed them it available online and in the information I had printed to get it and they were not at all interested. They were rude, cold and snarled at my mother whom simply asked why we were told we could purchase one with the discount in store if that was not possible. In the end he said he could do the discount but said it would only be 5% and then refused to go to the stock room. The other colleagues moved across the cramped store and continued to ignore us.

Nobody seemed to have a clue what they were doing. Whilst I was in there another customer was complaining and asking questions and they had no idea about extremely simple things such as sizing, display and cases.

At this point of them being so rude and ignorant and misinformed about their products we left feeling ashamed, angry and disgusted.

We went to the Milton Keynes store on the way home and received outstanding service from the girl working there whom was extremely knowledgable and friendly. We were in and out in less than five minutes with exactly what I wanted.

I would give MK 5 stars but Northampton 0.

Excellent Quality Apple Stuff

The store is sleek, as you would expect. A really nice range of all the latest Apple stuff and the guy I spoke with was really nice and smart – knew what he was talking about. Great store.

Such Great Customer Service

It is so refreshing to visit a shop where the customer service is so consistently excellent. I went in to the Apple Store Manchester to get my MacBook looked at because the battery had died. They replaced it for free under the ApppleCare Plan that I had taken out because they said it shouldn't have run out so quickly, even though the Plan doesn't technically cover battery life. Wow!

Then one of the keys fell off because my young son had been hitting it hard. They replaced that for free as well.

Thank you Apple Store. Keep up the good work!

Price Of My Ipod Nano At The Apple Store Was Rough

Price of my iPod Nano at the Apple Store was roughly around the same as Currys and comet but offers free engraving which is a lovely touch when buying a special present. Comes gift wrapped with card for a small price but again a lovely touch. Very pleased with service and quality of product. It arrived within 48 hours. Excellent!

At&t And Apple Doesn't Seem To Sync That Well And

AT&T and Apple doesn't seem to sync that well and it seems like they don't work closely to resolve customer issues. All I had to do was porting my number from TMobile but their system threw as many errors each time I tried to set up my account.
