the uppsala university in sweden is a good university and indeed ranks high in the league of top universities, however, the fields of study were a bit too specific for my liking and I instead chose to study in Switzerland at the ETH. many of my swedish friends do study here and enjoy it and say some of the academics working at uppsala are very good and know their subject areas very well
