Lagotel Club Hotel

Just had two weeks of sheer hell and for the first time ever we are glad to be home! The Lagote, in all fairness, was clean and neat and the surrounding area and the pools were lovely, end of....

The food was very poor quality to say we paid top whack for all inclusive. Breakfast was bearable, lunch was beefburgers, hotdogs, chips, pasts with an occational add of Dogfish,Mushy chicken nuggets, Veal [Yuk}, Salad, Ham, cheese. Did have mash one day but it was from a packet. Evening meal....the same as lunch but done differently i.e. saausage soup??

We can cope with noisy kids but parents tend to switch off and let them run riot, hence one almost drowned and the pool closed 3 days due to babies pooing in it, this is whilst the parents face the sun!

I agree we knew it was for kids, but, has someone forgotten that adults go with them too. We went out for evening meals after the first few days so B&B would have been better.

Don't go to Lagotel Club unless you are prepared to let your kids screem, move furniture and play football all night in bedrooms that have tiled floors.

Definately the holiday from hell and never again. The hotel appeared to ignore their own rules of conduct.[Quiet after bar closing? No wet swimwear in the reception? ] They also need to tell the maids to change towels daily and replace toilet rolls as we had to ask every day for them.
