Martin And Co Are The Worst Agents Ever

Martin and co are the worst service ever.

Nobody ever replies to the emails or responds to complains made on the phone. They are slow to work and dont help the tenants at all.

Overpriced and not worth the experience. We had to chase them everyday for atleast 20 days to get some things fixed in the house.

On the day we left, they pointed out things that were already broken when we came in. We said that these are mentioned in the inventory when we arrived and they said, well do you have a copy right now and because we were not carrying a copy, they charged us!! rubbish service

I Bought It New In 1991, After Dreaming Of Owning

I bought it new in 1991, after dreaming of owning a Martin for years. Laquer starting bubbling around join of neck and body about fifteen months later. Martin refused to honour warranty, as it was over a year old, and lifetime guarantee was US-only (be aware of that!). I wrote a polite letter to them and received a very rude response. Cost me £85 in 1994 to get the bubbling checked. I still have the guitar, but much prefer my Taylor 810 and my Gibson Sheryl Crow. I rarely take the Martin out of its case, and would sell it if I got a good offer.

The Martin Guitars Martin D-41 I Own Has The Facto

The Martin Guitars Martin D-41 I own has the factory installed Fishman Prefix sound system. The guitar sounds great played acoustic, but you should hear it plugged in. This is the best sounding guitar I have ever played or heard for that matter. This is a guitar that everyone should have a chance to play at least once in their life. Great sound and playability. The guitar is a quality instrument with all the top of the line appointments. The rosewood back and sides is high quality as is the spruce top. A really thin gloss finish that makes for pure Martin sound.
