Manchester, Hyde, Village Hotel

Overall we had a great stay. It was actually our wedding night so we booked an executive suite which had an amazing corner bath and beautiful ceiling with star-like twinkly lights that change colours. Family stayed in other (normal) rooms which I noted were well kept and clean. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Main areas also very clean and pleasantly decorated.

The food on our first visit was OK, but not great. I have recently been for a bite to eat and the restaurant has been refurbished and the food has really improved, great new menu with a whole new way of serving food and stuff. The hotel has recently been refurbished and this includes the pub which has sofa's and comfy big chairs ... very nice actually!

The new gym has some good machines and the pool is nice. Love the sauna and steam room and the jacuzzi is a good size. Would definately recommend this hotel.
