Grand Once But Not Any More
How does this hotel get a 4star AA rating? Have complained to AA as well as hotel. The Grand is in decline. Overpriced food, neglected appearance, poorly managed, kept afloat by the positivity of the staff. going to Torquay? Try another hotel.
