The juicer is fine but it is too expensive also it wore off in just couple of months and then the game began of exchanging it. Finally I succeed but now looking for some other fine machine to buy.

I purchased this very expensive juicer and was pleased with its performance.

However after a few weeks the juice strainer (Plastic part inside) split. I was told this was not covered under the warrranty and only manufacturing defects are covered. Im not sure what is covered if this part split whilst juicing vegetables at home.

I was forced to pay $55 for a replacement part which im still waiting for one month later.

Do not let your purchase be swayed by the '5 year' warranty....

Bought this from Juiceland Autumn 2009 after having a high speed piece of junk bought for about £30. The difference in the quality of the juice is amazing, yes I have to chop up the veg but the amount of juice it makes is incredible after having the high speed one and you can taste the nutrients.
