Twinings Pure Peppermint

I really enjoy a hot cup of twinings peppermint tea with or after every meal. The cool and refreshing blend helps to eliminate bloating and general feelings of disturbed digestion.

The ingredients on the label state they are all natural* "all our herbs are gently steamed, the process is gentle to protect their delicate taste".

Great for any time during the day and keeps hunger pangs off till lunch, dinner! Very tasty. I would like to know if they are 100% herbal though.. can't seem to find this out anywhere!
