Fitness First For Women

The standard of fitness first for Women Crouch End leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are rude and only worried about checking their facebook pages and chatting.The equipment is old and in need of dire repaire. I showed up for a class last week after taking the time off work only to be told that the lady teaching the class no longer works there and the class was cancelled, when I questioned about the online timetable I was told that it never gets updated and I should have called!! PROFESSIONAL!!!If your lucky 1 of 6 tvs might work. There are never any paper towels to clean the machines after use and forget about wanting a paper cup for a coffee (which they advertise is one of their perks). I pay a high rate eveRy month for a bog standard service.There are NEVER any lockers and as I come from work I ofetn have laptops and expensive equipment which I am told I can leave in the office which is open to everyone!!The sinks were both broken another time I was told to wash my hands in the shower.This is the worst gym I have ever experienced!!

I have found Fitness First for Women in Coventry great! Staff are friendly, the gym and changing rooms are always clean and the classes have a great atmosphere.

12 Month Contract is 35.95 pm

3 Month Contrat is 44.95 pm

I love it as its women only envionment, Coventry Fitness first for women is amazing. The fitness instructor has changed my life. I have lost 6st 4lbs and 11% body fat plus 39 inches. Thanks!

I sat contemplating for 2 years i needed to get rid of my weight but felt insecure about the "gym thing" so depressed i decided to give it a bash.... what have i got to lose? I decided to ring and the staff were very understanding in a non judgmental way, i came down to the club. It was amazing just the right atmosphere i was looking for.. no posers(GREAT!) There were options of all memberships including a short commitment... I'll never regret it. I've been there 4 weeks and lost 1 size and 8lb! Also met friends
