Thanksdarling.com - Lamborghini Experience

I was very impressed with the service at Thanks Darling when booking my ferrari driving experience, having spent a lot of time trying to find out dates and other bits of information (that 2 or 3 other sites wouldn't tell me)I found them very helpful and was impressed by the quality of voucher i recieved - which arrived the next day!

Terrible service.

I ordered a limited edition item, costing £100. As it was limited edition, you would imagine that the company would check the item was in stock before taking my payment and sending purchase confirmation. They did not. I was assured my payment would be refunded immediately. That was 2 weeks ago, and I am still waiting. 2 emails have gone unanswered, and the item is still advertised on their site.

Unfotunately I had to rate the above with 1 star, as it wont allow you to review with no stars. Thanksdarling.com are not credible of 1 star.

DO NOT USE.

I would not hesitate to recommend thanksdarling.com In addition to the Lamborghini Experience I have also booked 4 other experiences and I have enjoyed them all. Very helpful and polite people to do business with.
