Despite me ringing 3 times & requesting a call back - no-one rang me back. In the end I went with Tesco (who were smashing)
Sunday Times Wine Club's arrogance is staggering. We are in the middle of a recession, yet they simply cannot be bothered to off even the most basic level of customer service.
I will never bother with this joke of a company again.
