In August 2013 we celebrated our wedding and Fiona was just fantastic. Nothing we asked was too much trouble and she welcomed our ideas without any hesitation. On the front cover of the Order of Service Fiona used a photograph of the church we suggested and it looked beautiful. All the stationary from start to finish was top class and the comments we have received from guests replicates this 100% . We both can't thank Fiona enough for all her hard work, from the quality of the Invitations, Order of Service, Post Box, Place Settings, Table Plan and Thank you Cards as this was exceptional and very personalised to us and was everything and more we could have wished for. We called idoweddinginvitations for their scroll invitations. Fiona was friendly and upbeat until we had paid her the "non returnable" deposit. A whole week after I sent her the information for our invites I called her to find out why the delay....sounding slightly worse for wear so told me "oh, I forgot"!!!!! No excuse no reason. She just wasn't that bothered now that she had our deposit. When she DID send the proofs -nearly 2 weeks later-they were not what we asked for!! When we tried to call her she kept dodging or calls. When we did speak to her she was rude defensive and hung up the phone! This has put our wedding schedule back nearly 3 weeks with a very upset and stressed out bride. She just took our money and didn't care less! I would seriously not consider this unprofessional discourteous and inconsiderate outfit for your invitations.
