I ordered an item for a friends birthday and it arrived within 48 hours. Unfortunately it was damaged upon arrival and I called Amaroni and spoke to their customer service department. I explained what had happened and they agreed to send a replacement on a next day service. I received a call the next day advising me of the delivery time so I didnt have to wait in all day. The item arrived exactly on time and in perfect condition. I also received a call after the delivery asking if everything was acceptable and apologising that the first item was damaged which they asked me to dispose of.
I couldnt have asked for a better service and being able to deal with a "Human Being" as opposed to an automated service was very reassuring.
