Poor Quality & non-existent customer service

Absolutely shocking - buy nothing from this website. I ordered 25 white goose quill ballpoint pens. They arrived squashed into an envelope, so some were damaged as a result. 5 of the quills were useless as the ballpoints didn't work. The feathers looked grubby. I emailed asking for the 5 non-working ballpoint pens to be replaced, two weeks later I still haven't heard from 'customer services'!!
