Customer Service - Christine

I placed an order with confetti but didn't receive a confirmation email. I was concerned that my goods wouldn't arrive for my daughters forthcoming wedding so I emailed Confetti customer services. Within five minutes I received a telephone call from Christine and the problem was sorted. I had mistyped my email address therefore no confirmation message although the order had gone though ok. Christine assured me that the goods were on there way. If this is an example of the customer care people can expect from Confetti then they are to be commended and I would thoroughly recommend them.

The goods arrived within two hours of my speaking to Christine, obviously they were already on there way but nevertheless it was a pleasure to have dealt with her.
