I wish that all the companies I am dealing with, whilst planning our wedding had a lady like the one I dealt with. This lady was fantastic, all my e-mails were answered promptly, she went above and beyond to help me and answered everything in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner. Thank you for such a pleasurable experience.

With only 4 days left until my wedding I wanted to order 2 personalised gifts that had a lead time of 21 days. I called and spoke to Christine who was extremely helpful and I had the beautiful gifts within 2 days with no stress as she kept me updated constantly. I would definitely use Confetti again and recommend to anyone.

I was most suprised to read the review below as my experience using confetti.co.uk has been completely different. I ordered a Wedding Planner for my friend yesterday (31.7.12) and it had already arrived by lunch time today (1.8.12). When I opened the planner I was a bit dissapointed to find one of the tabs was ripped. As I had brought the planner as a gift I rang the customer services team to see if I could get a new one. After speaking to one of the girls who assured me that if I sent a picture in, just showing the rip, then she would be able to speak to the suppliers and get a new one sent out to me. Within 10 minutes of me sending this across to them I have received a response letting me know a new planner had been ordered and would be with me by tomorrow. I then also received a phone call just to ensure I had received the email. Both the ladies I spoke to were extremely helpful and I would not hesistate to return to the website or to recommend it to others.

The products could be ok but the customer service is so poor that my order never got to me so I wouldn't know! The call centre staff were most unhelpful and seemed really pleased when I cancelled my order as it had been such a hassle to them. Wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

Confetti have provided me with fab ideas and given me plenty of inspiration for my wedding. I've ordered numerous of things from this site, from stationary to gifts, accessories to keepsakes-it's given me everything I had set out to buy and more. They keep you regular up to date with emails and if you register they send you discount codes for the latest deals. The website is easy to understand and simply to follow. Thank you Confetti :-)

i ordered some favours for my wedding and christine assisted me with my order, she said they would be with me in a months time, but they came much earlier which i was very happy with and quality of them was fantastic. Thanks for all your support christine :-)

I ordered 35 Ivory metal butterfly tea light holders for my wedding and cannot be more pleased. They are smaller than I envisaged but that makes them even nicer. Just big enough to sit a tea light inside comfortably. The butterfly detailing is just lovely, just clean lines and no jagged edges. They will make a great finish to my table centre decorations. They were in the sale too so that makes them even more appealing.

I received a very quick & comprehensive response to my enquiry and was very pleased with the service received from Christine (in fact it made me order more items from Confetti). My mind was put at rest and I was assured I could make contact anytime throughout the order to check on progress due to timescale involved. Highly recommended.

Quick and easy online ordering. Straightforward. Everything available for immediate despatch. Goods were despatched within a day or two and although the box arrived when I was out, I was able to collect it from my local (village) post office. Very pleased with the quality of the items and mostly well packaged. However, I ordered two photo frames (they were beautifully packaged in their own boxes), and in one the glass was shattered (the box was at the bottom of the parcel-box). Nonetheless, a quick call to Customer Care (and my call was answered very quickly, even at lunchtime) and a replacement was arranged immediately. I was asked to email an image of the broken frame, which was no problem, and I didn't have to return anything. My replacement arrived within two days, safe and sound. Only four stars rather than five, because of the initial breakage. Otherwise, excellent and highly recommended. I ordered most of my products in the sale, and as such were really good value for money. (Usual prices are maybe a little high, but the quality and choice is good.)

i have ordered off here before but i think over a certain amount ought to be free postage i also recommended it to others and 3 have ordered and all say postage puts the price up

Ordered the A6 white with silver border cards. They arrived in perfect condition ready for me to print onto, within a few days. They were slightly thinner than some others I had hoped to match them to but not a problem. Looked great on my table plan and menu.
