This service is terrible.
- I couldn't add items to the list which resulted in always having to call their support team to get items added
- Most of my friends/family couldn't purchase items off the list as payment wouldn't work
- When someone did manage to purchase from the list, it didn't remove the purchased items. Which meant that I actually had the embarrassment of receiving the same items from several friends which they had to return.
What's even better is that when we were having problems with the list, some Next employees didn't even know how to use the list and were unable to help, so we were left stuck.
