After sending out 300 invites with the details of how to log on to Debenhams... the site goes down for 4 weeks for maintenance... And its still not working! Worst thing is we keep getting told "sorry - be working tomorrow..." We have been conned in to a service we can not now get out of without advising every guest... and we have 4 weeks to go.... STRESS - expensive - go elsewhere

Snap! I have the same issue.
Our wedding is on the 9th March and currently there is no way for any of our guests to purchase anything on our gift list...not by internet (as said above this is down ) nor by phone as customer service assistants can't access the gift lists while the website is down.
Fabulous!
Stay well away as once you've sent our you gift list details you're pretty stuffed!
