I have purchased 5 dresses from JenJen House. The first was a sample to check workmanship and fabric colour as I wanted to use them for 3 bridesmaid dresses. All 4 dresses needed some alterations in spite of being made to measure, however I had allowed for this and it was still cheaper than buying the dresses either ready made and altered or made to measure in Australia. I then bought a fifth dress which is midnight blue satin and lace with flowers and sequins. It is only at the fifth dress that I wore on a very hot day that I realised there are no cleaning instructions. After 3 attempts at finding an answer I have learnt that the material is not colour fast and cannot be either washed or dry cleaned. As such I would recommend caution if you plan on wearing the dress more than once and to check washing instructions for any fabric.

My dress arrived today. It fits perfectly and is the right length. I sent all my measurements, including my height in bare feet. I would advise this, so it is custom made for you. My fiancé and I checked and rechecked the measurements before submitting the order. This is the key to success. The dress is very well made and was packed securely. I live in UK.

It was a delightful experience to bought my wedding dress in this site. It was costume fit, great quality and above all arrived on time and perfect conditions. Everyone that saw my dress really tough it was much more expensive, because of the quality as itself. I highly recommend to take time choosing the dress that you like the best form Jen Jen house, because definitely it is going to be just as you seen it on the page. The following service with them is also reliable Im really happy and for sure I´m going to keep on following them as costumer for so many other times. Thank you all.

Sent a dress which does not look like the dress on the website. Enquired about returning it and was told I can not return the dress because I don't like it- even though it is different then the one on the website. Also tried telling me that multiple dress makers slaved for days to make the dress for me- even though it was shipped on the same day I ordered it. The dress is poor quality and horrible- I can't wear it. Really bad customer service from JJs.

6/2/14 A deceiving company do not order from them. I ordered a wedding dress, and paid the full amount of the cost of the dress + size customization + shipping. When the delivery man came to give me the package, he gave me a $50 invoice has to be paid in order to give me the dress. I asked him what this $50 for, he told me this is a custom fee and I have to pay this amount otherwise the dress will be sent back to the seller. I went on jenjenhouse's website, and found no customer service number to call. The only means of contact is to email them. When you email them, they send their response next day, so we waste almost 2 weeks of emailing each others back and forth in vain. In the last email, a new customer service representative other than the one I used to email each time emailed me. This new csr acted like she had no idea about my case, and kept repeating what the original csr and I already discussed. After that I sent her an email asking her to cancel the order so that I can buy the wedding dress from somewhere else; she didn't email me back. I didn't get any response, bought a new wedding dress in a very short period of time, had to travel 15 miles away to get their dress, which I was no longer in need to, and paid the custom fees. So, all what I got from them: 1- Very bad, slow, ignorant and deceiving customer service system without even a phone number to call. 2- Additional charges that no one gave any idea about it from the beginning. 3- They missed up our ceremony, and had to buy another wedding dress.

I ordered my prom dress on this site, paid for fast shipping and it did arrive very quickly. It looks very well made, and is quite heavy (that's a good thing!). I sent them my measurements and the dress fits me perfectly! They contacted me as soon as I made the order and were very polite. It looks pretty much the same like in the picture. It came in a bag that was put into a box (a box with flower drawings!haha). Naturally, it was slightly wrinkly, but I expected it to be (not noticable much at all). I am very happy with my dress and I would order from the site again! I don't know why there are so many bad reviews, really!

Their dress is very much like the picture. Make sure you note that this is a very good dress. I ordered it for a friend who is about 5'5" and it fell pretty high on her thighs. The sequins at the top seem a bit scratchy but no more than you might expect. The delivery was well before expected which is always a bonus especially for overseas shipping. This is not the highest quality dress but it is good for the price.

I purchased jewelry that I received damaged from JenJen House. I contacted them the same day I received the merchandise I was told that their “Quality Control” inspected all items shipped and that I needed to make a photo of the damaged items and send them the photo. I have tried on several occasions to upload the photo and due to the size restriction that they have placed on their email I am un-able to upload the photo and have explained this to them several times. I have yet to get this resolved as they continue to put me off. BUYER BEWARE!

I bought dress in standard size and only size is OK.Dress is very very poor quality of the material used and exposed stiching on the front of the dress.It looked nothing like the picture , for me is garbage. I wish I had read these costumer review before I order. Boguslawa

I have ordered custom-sized dresses twice from Jen-Jen House. My measurements were correct each time. The first dress was too big but it could be corrected with a local tailor. But, the second dress was unwearable: the armholes were so small that I could not get my arms all the way into the dress and therefore could not zip up the back. If I could have zipped it up, it would have been too tight anyway. It was described and pictured as knee-length but was actually four inches above the knee (with a tiny hem - 1/2 inch - that did not allow ANY lengthening whatsoever. I could go on about the rest of the mistakes, such as the fact that it bunched up around the waist, etc., but suffice it to say that these two issues alone made the dress impossible to wear. When I contacted them, and accompanied my email with photos, they responded by stating that it was made as pictured and according to my measurements and to take it to a tailor. I sew and I know what can and cannot be done. In order to do that, the dress would actually have to be completely taken apart and then re-made and still it would be to short to wear. I am 5'3" and small-boned. My issues with purchased dresses has always been that the sleeves and shoulder area is too big and the dress is always too long and requires hemming. This the complete opposite. I don't know who could have been able to put their arms into those tiny sleeves and zip it up unless it was a little child. Now, I am out the money and without a dress. I would give zero stars if it were possible. There is no reason to buy something you cannot use.

J'ai commandé une robe sur ce site et j'ai ete tres déçue.....La qualité est tres mauvaise, et les tailles ne sont pas fiables meme avec les mesures prises elle ne convient pas....J'ai payé des frais d'envoi de 25€ et en plus on doit payer lors de la livraison un contre remboursement de 39 €......tout ça pour une robe qui ne me convient pas........JE souhaite la renvoyer j'attend toujours la reponse du service apres vente, qui quand vous remplissez un formulaire de renvoi vous demande d' envoyer des photos pour justifier .....j'ai envoyé des photos avec plein de fils qui depassent, une robe qui coute 120 euros et qui est mal finie et mal cousue..De plus la loi dit que nous disposons de 7 jours de retractation donc nous n'avons pas a envoyer des justifications de demande de remboursement !! I sent pictures with lots of son that exceed a dress that costs 120 euros and is poorly finished and poorly sewn .. in addition, the law says we have 7 days of retraction so we do not have to send justifications claim!

Dress was ordered for custom made. Too tight in the bust, at least 4" too short. Zipper stretched and ruffled along the seam. Contacted company and they offered 20% to take to a professional to have it lengthened, which is impossible. Suggested we use an iron to flatten the rippled area. The only plus was it was made and shipped within a week, but given the care in which the item was made, this turned into a negative also.
