They sent a squashed hat which was packed in a box that was too small, after stupid offers of 40% refund etc, they eventually offered to send a second hat, yes you guessed it, despite me telling them that the box they'd used was too small, they did it again and sent the second one in a small box, yes you guessed it, it's out of shape again. They should stop using a .co.uk domain creating an impression that they are in the UK. I want my money back, I feel cheated.

I would have wanted to know that they are Chinese or in Hong Kong or wherever it is they are and I wouldn't have given them time of day.

I've already discussed this with jjshouse and they sent a replacement hat, the quality of the hat is fine but the packaging is not good and the hats are getting damaged in transit.
