Clearly does not speak fluent English like described. Could not follow my instructions even though I laid it out several times. I feel like I wasted money because she didn't do what I actually asked her to do. but now i find another business is best for my work now

They gave me samples of logos that were worse then the samples I sent them. It seemed like they just found some clipart items and threw them together and called it a logo. After the 2nd round of samples I told them I was not happy with the concepts. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund as per there 100% satisfaction guarantee on the front of there website. Then they told me to review the terms of use stating they do not give a refund after the 2nd round of samples. I don't understand how I am supposed to find out if they can design logos or not by at least letting them give 2 rounds of samples. However if you do that the satisfaction guarantee becomes voided. I find that to be false advertising and a lead in tactic. They refused to refund my money and I was forced to initiate a paypal dispute. So much for the satisfaction guarantee.
