I was approached after submitted an advert on Gumtree for a new website from Shine Web Design. It was a complex project but I was very impressed with their slick approach and he build confidence. Even though I'd not spoken with him I was happy to part with 25% (£875). Later on after speaking he got another 25% and then another 25%. Then things went wrong. He started ignoring me. He never returned phone calls or messages or emails for weeks at a time and when he did do any work any follow up from me resulted in being ignored again. In the end after being quoted just 1 month to complete after 6 months and more than £2600 the website was never delivered. I now have to follow through small claims as he refuses to finish the site or communicate or even make an kind of reasonable deal. I wanted to write this to help anyone else from falling into his clutches. AVOID.
