I went with EMS Internet now RTD (results through digital) the sales guys were nice at the beginning, but once signed up to build the website there were aggressive sales techniques applied to pay for additional services which I didn't need.
I had to complain to reduce the amount of calls I was receiving, I was asked to pay for data protection Every update to the website was money. No expert advice, No professional service, The additional 2 pages to the website cost more than the initial cost to build it.
£500 to add pages I wish I done more research and learned more about the industry, but you trust the experts to give good advice. This company won't they will take your money and try to lead you to pay more.This company is well below average. Do not trade with these people.

I would also like the chance to comment on your points:

1) Whilst as a business we do offer additional services, we do not tolerate any aggressive sales or pressure selling across the business. This will be fed back and investigated.

2) £500 to add additional pages is not in alignment with any package we offer and I therefore empathise deeply with your concerns raised here. please contact us for this to be looked in to.

Our number one priority is to Solve Problems, Add Value and Deliver Results whilst offering an exceptional level of customer service and industry relevant support to you and business, it would seem that on this occasion you feel you have not been looked after.

The video page was itemised as £99+VAT against the blog page which was itemised as £299 + VAT
responsive page on the first invoice was £149 + VAT & the cost for local SEO searches was £395 then a requested extra 2 pages was itemised as £100

Still no phone call, no reply folks & I gave my account number in the last comment for them to scrutinise. I seem to be getting proved right.
