Having chosen a logo i went ahead had business website made with logo and cards and sign writing to realise a lot of companies have the same logo bit disappointing to say the least. kept charging me impossible to make the website have to cancel bank card in order to stop them taking money out from account

There is nothing free about "FREE Logo Services" website. It's all designed to get you to click on their site. I searched in Google for free logos to create your own, and their site was first through Google Adwords. So I clicked through and started creating my simple logo. I then got a notification that I can download my FREE logo if I create an account, which I did. Easy peasy. Still believing in fairy tales, I finished my logo and went to Download my logo, which took me to a Check out page. And that page started with $38. There was no option to find a way to download my FREE logo. The only option was to pay. I went back to the logo editing thinking I missed something. Nop. I went through the extra popups of getting business cards, no thanks, getting a domain, no thanks, and reached the very same checkout page. So I contacted the on Facebook asking them about the free option that was advertised even in their Adwords ad on Google. The next day I saw they've read my Facebook message but never replied. So I found another free option, and, of course, went back to this site to delete my account since I no longer wanted to be associated with this company in any way. But do you think you can delete your account once you created it? Think again. I could not. So I searched online for ways to delete my account, to see how other people deal with it, and lo and behold, there are tons of complaints about this company for their activities, plus about the fact that once you have an account, YOU CAN'T DELETE IT. So I went back to my account, edited my information to something silly, added a whole different country and a crazy email (made sure nobody has actually that email address). All my information is fake now. Just like the "free" company.

IF anything goes wrong with your order your in trouble. I asked for a refund and they gave me store credit. Tried to use the store credit and at checkout there is no place to put in the discount code. Referenced this several times with them, no resolve. Asked for a credit to my debit card and they stated that I've already received me business cards when I cancelled the order. Had to go to my bank and file a claim to get my money. All this after a month of trying to resolve the issue.

I was sold on the idea of having someone develop a website for my business, as I do not have the time nor experience. I was promised easy access to my web developer. It seemed I was off to a good start with the first guy assigned to me. However, I had to address him several times about not answering my emails. It took him over a week just to update my phone number on my site. The last time I had to address the issue, he informed me that he was leaving the company and a new developer would be assigned to me. The new guy was CC'd in that email and I've attempted to contact him. Still, no reply! Oh, and I'm paying $100 monthly for this "service!" Don't like the idea of starting from scratch with another company but that is looking like the only solution:(

I live in Brazil and in July, 2nd and acquired a hosting services and a domain creation but I didnt like the tool to customize my website then I sent and email to customer service (only way to contact them in their webpage) asking them to stop hosting my website/delete/cancel my domain and have asked them a refund (they have a refund policy saying we can ask them to refund within 30 days of purchase any product that fails to meet our customers' quality expectations) but no answer so far. There is a website in Brazil to complain problems and I just noticed there are SEVERAL complaints about this company there and unfortunately without answer/solution. I´m afraid of I will never have my money back again and as this is an international company we don´t have anyone to help us/solve this kind of problem! This is very serious and someone should check the activities of this company.

I am the volunteer secretary for an organisation which is not funded at all and everyone works for free. I was trying to produce our first ever newsletter and thought a logo would be a good idea. I didn't know if you could get it for free, but according to 'freelogoservices' I could! I spent ages looking through and editing my logo, created an account, then was met with you can download this logo for only 49.99?!! how is that free? The only thing that is free is the time you put in creating the logo. If it had been made clear that in order to do anything with the logo I would have to pay 50quid I would not have wasted my time!!

I highly recommend Free Logo Services...I found them on the internet when I was looking for a logo. Their site was very user friendly and so is customer service! Shortly after placing the order for free business cards I discovered a mistake. I emailed the company and although their no change policy is clearly stated they made a one-time exception. They sent me a PDF of the revised card, I approved it and they arrived yesterday The card-stock quality is very nice and so are the cards!

I liked the logo-making services and the premium business cards are really heavy and thick. However, there is limit choice for business card options...no raised print option at all. Also, use at own risk, as there is NO customer service at all. My "buyer beware" flag should have gone up when I saw there is no phone number on the website. We experienced some problems with our order and despite following up on emails to the company, weeks later we have never heard back. This means that the products we ordered are useless and we're out the money it cost us to order. Since their customer service did nothing, we took our business to another online print services providers and they have been great so will be using them going forward. We were able to get our logo created so are satisfied with it, but I would never recommend any of their products or their ability to resolve problems.

Free Logo services has a fast easy DIY product with a lot of logos to choose from. They offer a one time edit and this is where it all went downhill. It became clear they were sending the logo overseas for the edit and although my instructions were crystal clear, either the tech couldn't understand the request or they didn't care to take the time to understand it, After 3 attempts with friendly but useless customer service who confirmed there was probably a language barrier on their end, I gave up.

I have ordered magnets and business cards at least 2.5 months ago. I received the magnets, but have never ever received the cards. After now at least 6 contacts, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED...they happily took my cash but cant get any service now. Telling me the delivery address is not recognised for the cards, but magically the magnets found their way here. Perhaps its because they are magnets, they magically magnetically pulled their way here. Im fed up with their crappy service. I want my money back but do you think they will do that...no, my emails have gone into magic land of missing business cards. I will NEVER EVER USE THIS WEBSITE AGAIN; They have robbed me of business because I havent been able to get business cards that I paid for. can't wait to start the facebook campaign. I wish i had known that I would never see my business cards .I would never have parted with my money. 

The website is easy to use as are the services offered i.e. business cards, logo's, marketing materials. My only one complaint is when I ordered and paid for my logo I thought from the wording that I was also paying for the design and printing of my business cards. This was not the case, only creating the design had be been paid for (which is free anyway!), so not only did I pay for a free service but am having to pay for the design cost and printing costs of my business cards. Free logo Services, please enhance your wording.

I love my logo, I use it everywhere to promote my business. System was really easy to use and loads of options for design.

Excellent product and service. Very easy to use and to purchase the right logo. Would recommend this website to anyone wishing to buid alogo for their business.

Free Logo Services was very easy and fun to use. Finding the logo picture/drawing, then adding it to my business name and arranging the design was fun. Additionally, I could change the colors of both my business name and the different areas of the logo picture. I got a variety of sizes of the finished product to use (yes, I had to pay, but considering how much other logo service designers charge, the nominal charge was very worth it). I also like the fact that I can purchase additional products with my logo on it. All in all, this is a great site. If I ever need another logo designed, I would come here first.
