WHAT AN ABSOLUTE MISTAKE I MADE

Originally had a website built in 2008, initial major delays but after several phonecalls it eventually went live. It worked well so with other ideas i had them build 2 more websites.
This is where the wheels fell off.
In total the 2 additional websites cost an approximate £2000 + vat.
One of the sites was eventually built to the standard i was looking for albeit at a cost of £1200 you would expect it, afterall thats what i was told.
Where do i start with the second one!!!!!!
The site never went live because the site look was not what i wanted & they made it very difficult to get some changes made, as nobody likes to call you back when promised.
Anyway, the site & domain names were fully paid up, but to my DELIGHT they somehow managed to allow the domain name to go back into the public domain allowing a third party to purchase it.
The problem is now that domain name is printed all over my business stationary and livery for the vans.

In brief, THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK, THEY DO NOT CARE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY & IF YOU DO HAVE A PROBLEM THEY CERTAINLY DO NOT CARE.

I have now moved my 3 sites to a different host & guess what, its cheaper, the customer service is excellent & i couldnt be happier.
