Sites N Stores Are Amateurs

We have used Sites N Stores for the development of 2 websites. This is our experience:
1. Sites N Stores pricing lacks transparency - after you have paid for a package they hit you with additional charges for everything. When we complained about additional costs totalling in excess of $1,400 ( in addition to what we had already paid for website development & which was more than the cost of the website itself) they waived the additional costs. The additional costs were actually in breach of sale contract.
2. Site N Stores don't deliver on website turnaround times - they promote fast turnaround. However, it took them 3 months to develop one website (excluding the time for layout design). This was because they could not figure how to get the social (FB & Instagram) plugins to work. The plugins then stopped working after one week of the website being live.
3. Sites N Stores offer poor support - once one of the websites went live we experienced numerous problems. They wanted to charge us to have most of the issues fixed, until we complained. They have been dealing with some issues & so far it has been 7 weeks & all issues have not been addressed.
4. Sites N Stores offer poor service - they have a phone answering service & don't return calls. They don't reply to emails - you need to send numerous emails to get a reply & their average turnaround time for replying to emails is in excess of a week.
5. Sites N Stores are rude to customers - they have no concept of customer service. We have spoken to managers & have had the same experience. One manager yelled at us & told us we needed to stop talking because she 'was talking first'. They come across has 'inexperienced' kids who lose their cool when placed under pressure.
Overall you can find much much better website developers in the market. Companies which offer 24/7 technical support & excellent expertise & service for a much better price
