Unreliable service, support does not solve issues

Resuming my experience in this year and last year with them:

- Control panel is down every week for a few hours
- Servers become unresponsive due to a "DDOS" attack which they have on their status page but seems to keep happening every week for months now.
- Support does not offer a permanent solution for the problem and ignored my requests to move sites to another server which is not targeted by the DDOS (the problem always happens in the same server)

Since I lost one client which moved to fasthosts and my other clients were complaining, I've migrated most customers to Rackspace cloud servers and once I'm finished moving my last customers, bye bye winserve. :)

My recommendation for existing/new clients is to avoid their "new" cloud server (WSUK4) and stay on the old servers which are HELM based. The old ones are more reliable but still pretty slow.

For those who don't require a more reliable hosting, you'll probably be fine with Winserve since they're now very cheap with the promotional half price offer they're making for resellers.
