If you want to take hosting from a company that promises everything and delivers nothing then Webfusion are for you. Having used their reseller account for a number of years I have had numerous problems with customer service and the product they off. Basically they aren't services their reseller customers any more so they just don't care.
My clients sites were down for 2 1/2 days without a single apology from Webfusion. If you trey and contact customer services, wait for it.... they don't have a department for customer services.
That sums them up you pay £360 per anum for nothing, poor and arrogant support and non existent customer service.
Just don't go there!!!

I find it odd that you manage to respond to a comment that is in the public domain and you won't respond in your own support forums, I've just discovered my clients sites are down yet again.
My tone of voice in the support forums is quite vocal but it's just very frustrating at the lack of care and response from your support staff.
I know you have now stopped selling reseller accounts and are referring people to Heart Internet but shouldn't mean you leave your existing customers high and dry.
I have asked for someone to call but no-one has.
Frustrated and angry now!
