Aside from my poor experience of server availability, this organisation thinks it is ok to change your server IP addresses with only 1 week notice, and only actually supplying the new IP address with 6 hours before the proposed change. They have no capability to add a static route. An unbelievable miscalculation for a server host to make. This kind of change requires 6 months notice at least in every IT industry project that I have ever been involved in. This caused us massive upheaval and additional costs and disruption to our business. We have moved to another server host, who knows how the IT industry works.
