My email stopped working Thursday afternoon. I opened a ticket and within minutes I had a response. I was asked to try different possible resolutions.

I was still unable to access by 8pm but agreed to leave it until the morning as I had other things to get on with. The support desk were to look at it over night. They had resolved it by the morning and discovered the server was suspended due to spam. They cleaned it up and re-activated and working great since.
