Was promised a lot by their sales guys but to be honest the support was at best slow and at worst condescending. I had a particular issue that I was promised their reseller hosting would comfortably manage - it didn't and I left after one month thankfully not having moved clients there.

It is cheap though - if your needs are simple and you aren't expecting to need a lot of support then the value is clear.

I was a bit irked by the attitude of some of my support ticket responses - sort of sneering in a way that I can't easily describe - just felt that I was putting everyone to too much trouble.

Shame, but ironically my existing hosts upgraded their capability and so I stayed with them and resolved my technical issue that Unlimited couldn't.
