I switched to Unlimited Web Hosting in 2010 because I just needed some webspace and they were cheap.
I've stayed because their service is fantastic. Any issue I've ever had has been resolved within maximum of a couple of days and normally within an hour which means that I'm never stuck waiting around for things to be resolved.
Tickets get a reply from a human within half an hour and I've not encountered one member of staff that didn't know what they were talking about.

I've had the occasional problem with installable apps through Plesk (such as wordpress databases becoming corrupt) but anything manually installed as worked flawlessly.
