Their server was hacked, leaving me without access to two domains. I am a web developer by trade so this cost me money and potentially damaged my reputation with clients. No one was able to give me an estimated time of when I could expect to have service again. Customer service agents were extremely evasive answering questions. Actually appalled at how poor the service has been.Transferring as soon as is possible.
