“Useless customer service”

I forgot my password and I contacted customer service because I never received any "reset password" link in my indbox (or spam folder). After 4 months I am still fighting to get a new password because they are idiots who keep trying to send me mail on the AOL account that doesn't work anymore. I have sent them proof of my identity and everything they need to confirm that I in fact own my domains and am who I say I am but they still haven't solved the problem. I have never in my life experienced so useless and infuriating customer service but I'm stuck because I want the domain names that I paid for but as long as I can't login I can't get my website up and running. I wish I could leave them and choose another web domain provider and if they don't solve this issue within the week I will burn my bridges and get another domain name from another provider anyway because enough is enough. UK Cheapest has been a terrible experience!
